Lulus.com is always a great place to find cheap dresses, and they have a few one-shoulder purple options to choose from. I'm partial to this romantic look, $35:

Target has a Mossimo purple one shoulder dress for $23.99 and another for $18 as well as a convertible one for $29.99. The links were too long to include so I suggest you just search for purple dresses on target and narrow the search to Mossimo.
