I just wanted to ask for budget-friendly penny loafer heels. I am loving the trend but not the $200-$400 price tag associated with many of them! —Jen

You're not alone, the penny loafer pump is definitely on many peoples' must-have list for fall. This feminine menswear inspired shoe is great for work and play and works well with skirts, dresses and pants. No wonder everyone wants in on this trend!

Here are some affordable options, I'll update this post with more as they become available. Please share your picks in the comments.

I love the timing of this post! I just bought the nine west ones featured at the top (seen on my homepage).

My only suggestion for readers is that they tend to run very large. I ended up going down 1 size.

Urbanog.com has a pair of almond toe loafer pumps in faux-suede in 3 different colors for about $23. Maybe not top quality, but a good way to try out the trend.
