I don't understand how they can survive with customer service this deplorable. If I don't receive my money back or a response from them within the next few days I will be reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
Buyer beware I guess -- if something seems to good to be true it sometimes is.
I have ordered from them too and they take forever! It took me 4 weeks after i ordered to get a shirt. That was insane but I couldn't compare the sales to anywhere else.
