Recently the team at Walmart sent me three pieces from the Time and Tru summer collection. I wasn't paid to review these items but I want to be clear that they were gifted to me free of charge courtesy of the brand. Having said that, I'm already a big Time and Tru fan (which is probably why Walmart noticed and sent over these three summer pieces) so I wanted to share these finds along with some styling ideas. Each piece is perfect for wearing now and into the fall. And each piece is under $20!
First up, this adorable gingham lace-up ruffle dress ($15) with a relaxed fit. I'm wearing the size 4/6 Small and it fits beautifully. I absolutely love this dress. It's cute but grown-up and easy to accessorize. You could wear it with sandals and a circle straw bag, or layer a denim jacket and add some wedges or ankle boots.
Dress (unavailable online) // Jacket // Booties // Slide Sandals
The only downside for me is that it is not nursing-friendly, but for $14.94 I'm not complaining! Of course, I couldn't find it on walmart.com, but we saw these at our store just last weekend so run and check your store - you might get lucky!
While browsing Walmart.com for the gingham dress, I discovered these button-front midi dresses ($18.94) - obsessed! This is exactly what I've been looking for for fall, something cute and casual that I can nurse in. I dunno why, but I can see someone like Joanna Gaines wearing these! Unfortunately the colors I want are already sold out, so I'll be stalking my Walmart stores for these.
Next up, these skinny stretch jeggings in blush pink. They sent me a size 2 but I'm normally a 4/6 in pants. I squeeeeezed into these just to show you how easy a pink jean can be to style! Add your favorite striped tee and cargo jacket. Or a white tee and denim jacket. Or a chambray shirt. So many options.
Jeggings // Jacket // Tee // Sneakers
These are very soft and stretchy and fit TTS. Just $11 online! Buy them HERE. I'm going to order my correct size and maybe pick up another color, too.
Finally, this pretty embroidered high-neck blouse, just $15.94.
Blouse // Jeans // Shoes (I'm wearing the Vince Camuto 'Lavette,' here's this season's version)
This top has a lot of stretch so it would be easy to nurse in (lift up). It's not see-through, yay! Also comes in black, olive or burgundy. Wear this top with a denim skirt or cut-offs and sandals for summer. You could also wear it with skinny jeans and heels. Buy it HERE.
All in all, I'm really loving the new options from Time and Tru. I already have these leopard loafers and this plaid top in my shopping cart, too! A couple of you have told me you've checked out the line and you love it, too. Let me know what you're buying next!
