If you follow me @budgetbabe on Twitter, you may have seen my desperate plea for help in picking a polish to go with my outfit last night (Rodarte for Target lace-print dress topped with a black leather jacket). The options: A deep, dark, almost-black Merlot or a brilliant, colorful coral. The resounding response? A unanimous vote for coral! (Thanks, tweepettes!)

Recently the folks at Last Call by Neiman Marcus sent me a $75 giftcard to go wild on their website. At first I didn't think I'd be able to find anything I could afford with said meager amount, but I was pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of mid-priced brands and, yes, deals! On Wednesday, I attended the David's Bridal Fall 2011 collection preview event in New York City, where I got to meet Nicole Brewer, former "Biggest Loser" contestant and current David's Bridal Style Ambassador.

I had the chance to speak with Nicole about her experience as a celebrity and plus-size fashion expert, and get the scoop on the latest fashion trends for the upcoming wedding season. She's a beautiful person inside and out and so passionate about what she does!
